I'm Jen — a tarot reader, intuitive counselor, and clinical social worker with metaphysical training, blending professional training with psychic and energetic gifts. My work sits in the space between the practical and the mystical: real tools and real listening, alongside tarot, energy work, and intuitive guidance. I hold space for you to process, uncover, and move forward with clarity.
Guiding Principles
Self Determination
You—your Spirit, your highest Self—are what determines your highest good. In our work together, I will ask for the messages that you need to hear most right now for your highest good. Self-determination and personal sovereignty are integral to my work and ethics. You decide your future. You are the expert on your own life.
Trauma Sensitivity
The messages that come through in readings can be very direct. I operate from a trauma-informed, trauma-sensitive perspective. I recognize that we all hold trauma of various forms and that it can manifest in different ways. I am committed to holding space for you, to honoring your boundaries, and to seeing you fully. While our work together is not mental health therapy, my education and background as a therapist and social worker inform the work I do with my clients. I will not push you any further than you are willing to go, will honor your verbal and non verbal cues, and, if a trauma response is activated, we can work together to co-regulate and down-regulate your nervous system.
Privacy
Our work together is completely confidential. I respect the privacy and autonomy of all parties: while I will do readings around relationships, I will not do a reading solely on a third party as an ethical boundary.
Anti-Oppression
My worldview is shaped from my experience. I recognize and acknowledge that my external identity informs how I move through the world and how the world responds to me, and have, as a direct result, been afforded certain privileges. I also recognize that we all have our own struggles and some of them are not visible to the naked eye. I am committed to the dismantling of any and all forms of oppression, those that are external and those that I’ve internalized or benefited from. As above, so below, as within, so without.
